Whether you are looking to learn online or in person, the ADA Center for Evidence-Based Dentistry offers a variety of educational programs to fit your learning style and busy schedule. Dr. Elliot Abt received his master's degree in evidence-based health care from University of Oxford and his dental degree and master's degree in oral pathology from the University of Illinois.

Dr. Janet Clarkson is the Programme Director, Dental Health Services Research Unit and Professor of Clinical Effectiveness, University of Dundee, UK; Coordinating Editor, Cochrane Oral Health Group; Director, Scottish Dental Clinical Effectiveness Programme; National Health Service Education for Scotland (NES) lead, Dundee Dental Education Centre; Director, Scottish Dental Practice Based Research Network; Member, Critical Review Panel – American Dental Association Center for Evidence-Based Dentistry.

Dr. Robert Weyant is associate dean of Public Health and Outreach and professor and chair of the department of Dental Public Health and Information Management at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. He is also associate professor of epidemiology in the Graduate School of Public Health. He received his MPH and his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his doctorate in epidemiology from the University of Michigan.
