Attend the EBD Champions Conference 2015

November 3 & 4, preceding ADA 2015 — America's Dental Meeting

Earn 12 hours of CE learning the basics of evidence-based dentistry (EBD), how to apply EBD principles and tools in clinical decision making, and connecting with forward-thinking colleagues.

Conference seats are limited to the first 100 registrants

Sponsored by the ADA Center for Evidence-Based Dentistry, the conference is the first of its kind in dentistry and has an interactive format with table discussions at the end of each session to encourage participation and lively conversation between the participants and the conference presenters. Attendees earn up to 12 hours of CE credit at this two-day conference.

Conference Format

The conference recruits 100 dental professionals throughout the US to become EBD Champions who commit to sharing their EBD knowledge and skills with their colleagues.

EBD experts in dental practice, education, and research will lead discussions in the following topics:
•    Challenges of Change
•    Addressing Third Party Issues
•    EBD in Dental Schools
•    Strategies to Disseminate EBD Information
•    Promoting EBD Through Practice-Based Research Networks

Tuition and Expenses

$150 for ADA members
$225 for non-members

Attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses including transportation and hotel.

Important Deadlines

October 9 - Advance Registration Closes

Advance registration for the ADA 2015 closes at 5:00pm Central Time on Friday, October 9, 2015. After October 9, all fees will increase and registration badge materials will not be mailed. Registration, ticket and/or special event cancellations must be received in writing on or before October 9. Registration or ticket cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund, less a $10 processing fee per cancellation. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received by Experient after October 9 for any reason. Please allow 60 days for refund processing.  

October 9 - Hotel Cancellations

Hotel cancellations must be received in writing by Experient before 5:00pm Central Time on Friday, October 9, 2015. After October 9, any hotel cancellations may incur one night’s room and tax charges direct from the hotel. Changes to reservations must be received in writing by Experient before 5:00pm Central Time on Friday, October 9, 2015. Failure to check-in to your hotel on the confirmed date of arrival may also result in one night’s room and tax charges direct from hotel.

October 15 - Hotel Cancellations

As of Thursday, October 15, 2015 any changes to hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please refer to ADA.org/meeting for additional information.
