Sponsored by the ADA Center for Evidence-Based Dentistry, the conference is the first of its kind in dentistry and has an interactive format with table discussions at the end of each session to encourage participation and lively conversation between the participants and the conference presenters. Attendees earn up to 10 hours of CE credit at this two-day conference.

June 24: EBD Champion Conference Reserved Hotel Room Block Closes
This block of hotel rooms will be held until June 24, or until rooms are exhausted. After Friday, June 24, 2016 or once rooms are exhausted – whichever should occur first - rooms will be available on a space available basis at your assigned hotel or at a nearby hotel if space is not available at your assigned hotel. For this reason, we strongly encourage your members to complete online housing and registration as soon as possible.
September 16: Advanced Registration Closes
Advance registration for the ADA 2016 closes at 5:00pm Central Time on Friday, September 16, 2016. Registration, ticket and/or special event cancellations must be received in writing on or before September 16. Registration or ticket cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund, less a $10 processing fee per cancellation. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received by Experient after September 16 for any reason. Please allow 60 days for refund processing.
September 30: Hotel Cancellations
Hotel cancellations must be received in writing by Experient before 5:00pm Central Time on Friday, September 30, 2016. After September 30 any hotel cancellations may incur one night’s room and tax charges direct from the hotel. Changes to reservations must be received in writing by Experient before 5:00pm Central Time on Friday, September 30, 2016. Failure to check-in to your hotel on the confirmed date of arrival may also result in one night’s room and tax charges direct from hotel.
October 6: Hotel Cancellations
As of Thursday, October 6 any changes to hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please refer to ADA.org/meeting for additional information.
