EBD Champions Conference 2015

Registration and hotel reservations are now available for the EBD Champions Conference (preceding the ADA 2015 – America’s Dental Meeting ®).

Important deadlines:

June 26
This block of rooms will be held until June 26, or until rooms are exhausted. After June 26 or once rooms are exhausted – whichever should occur first - rooms will be available on a space available basis. For this reason, we strongly encourage your members to complete online housing and registration as soon as possible.
October 9
After October 9, all fees will increase and registration badge materials will not be mailed.
Advance registration for the ADA 2015 closes at 5:00pm Central Time on Friday, October 9, 2015. Registration, ticket and/or special event cancellations must be received in writing on or before October 9. Registration or ticket cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund, less a $10 processing fee per cancellation. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received by Experient after October 9 for any reason. Please allow 60 days for refund processing.
October 9
Hotel cancellations must be received in writing by Experient before 5:00pm Central Time on Friday, October 9, 2015. After October 9, any hotel cancellations may incur one night’s room and tax charges direct from the hotel. Changes to reservations must be received in writing by Experient before 5:00pm Central Time on Friday, October 9, 2015. Failure to check-in to your hotel on the confirmed date of arrival may also result in one night’s room and tax charges direct from hotel.
October 15
As of Thursday, October 15, 2015 any changes to hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please refer to ADA.org/meeting for additional information.

Conference Objectives 

    • Learn what Evidence-Based Dentistry is and how to apply EBD principles and tools in clinical decision-making
    • Recruit and train selected dental professional throughout the United States to become Evidence-Based Dentistry Champions to disseminate information about EBD to their colleagues

EBD Champion Recruiting and Application

This conference recruits approximately 100 dental professionals throughout the US to become Evidence-Based Dentistry Champions. Champions commit to sharing knowledge and skills gained from the Conference. Dissemination can occur through a variety of formal and informal mechanisms.

All attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses, including transportation and hotel. Attendees will receive 12 continuing education credits for their participation in the program. The American Dental Association is an ADA CERP-recognized provider.
